Head of operations £50K - £60K
Based: Telford Salary: £50K - £60K Contract: Permanent
We currently require a highly skilled, professional individual with the desire to successfully lead, manage and develop our operational division.
Responsibilities:
• Leadership, management and strategic direction for all operational care managers
• Responsibility and accountability for the effective management of the financial resources of our Operational Division.
• Ensuring the smooth and effective running of all Operational Services
• Maximise performance of the staff in this remit, whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery, in accordance with CQC and other professional standards.
• Responsibility for health and safety, quality, policies and procedures.
• Ensuring a high level customer/client satisfaction through excellent communication, trouble-shooting difficulties, proactively managing expectations and creating solutions for clients
• Management and guidance of all aspects of the planning, execution and operational delivery of all care packages in accordance with CQC and all other relevant standards and regulations
• Ensuring that clients, families and carers remain central to our services
Essentials:
• Sensitivity and skill as well as a broad range of medical knowledge
• Confident, with the ability to communicate and present at all levels
• Computer literate, organised, able to prioritise and deliver results.
• Strong organisational skills, including risk management
• Extensive healthcare background / preferably complex care
Minimum Qualifications:
• Management qualification
• Proven management experience
